A question for you....

A reader has expressed an interest in learning more about treating asthma naturally.  Before I respond in email, I thought I would check to see if this is of interest to anyone else?  Just leave a comment to let me know :)

  2. Hi Cheri

I have asthma and didn't devolope it until I was 30 years old. I think thats strange, but mabey it isn't, I don't know. Anyhow the last attack I had was bad. It got alot worse when I grabbed an outdated inhaler by mistake and took several drags on it. I broke out in hives and itched all over...the kids thought I was going to die. I'll never use another one of those things again. So I could really use some more natural pointers.

  3. I would love to know more too. Just getting caught up on all your posts! I am running off a copy of the eczema post for my sil. Her kids all have terrible rash and respitory challenges. And the new products... I need to get back on the delivery schedule. Are you heading this direction anytime soon? I have extra little ones this week myself and will stay at home. And finally, I am so glad you have had a chance to experience the girl goodness. And you shared the goodness with us...can't wait to try the garlic knots. I make a pumpkin knot that sounds like the same concept!

  4. I've been lurking on your site for a white now and have greatly enjoyed it.

I have had asthma since childhood and still use an inhaler regularly. My dd takes daily meds and, without them, would have to go to the ER. We have been slowly growing in our knowledge of herbs and would be greatly interested and appreciative if you'd share what you know about how to treat asthma. I hate being dependent on modern inhalers and regularly ask my doctor what asthmatics did "before inhalers". He says
they just died. I'm hoping that's not true.

  6. I would be very interested in posts on asthma as well. Thankfully no one in our family has asthma, but we know plenty of people that do struggle with it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

  7. Yes, we have this in our family, though it seems mostly tied to food allergies. And rarely out of control, but still, very interested in natural treatments.
